@gut197 while it's good to start with the Big 5, a new actor/actress should start out with a B-list agency. APA,Innovative Artist,Gersh Agency,Coast to Coast Agency are all agencies that rep mostly upcoming new actors. Betty White- APA Kellan Lutz-Innovative Artist  Tobi Mguire -Gersh just to name a few
