Sadly the website of the Sawo engines has been taken offline, due to the owner/manufecturer's passing away months ago. To bad, it contained some fantastic HD detailed pictures of this particular Cessna model too.

What size prop?

I'm not sure about the prop on this plane, but on the SAWO website they advised the engine would turn a 30x14 Menz 2-Blade prop at 5200 rmp

Were you running a Biela carbon prop on that? You can even get one based on an actual McCauley prop.
