well Steve i am not a Lary but i am a person who cares for people like you! tom and everyone else who is a lary! i knew some people who used a artificial larynx scared me at first but doesn't bother me anymore i feel that smoking is bad for you! i wish there was a way i could meet you and we could talk :) i remember when my dad smoked! it was so ugly and gross! i wish there was a way that i could join you guys to help stop people from smoking what do you say are you with me ??? :)

I started by making my own videos. As far as the people that I make videos for now,, I have nothing to do with who they use. I would suggest if you want to be active in this that you start makinng your own for youtube, that's what I did.

Cleaning the prosthesis is simple, wash with antibacterial soap,flush with peroxide, soak in peroxide for 24 hours. Good luck. Steve
