Celtic folk song we made years ago... I wrote the lyrics after my first backpacker trip over the green isle.
The musicians are members of Tell-Tale Heart and Chained Sally. Thanks folks!
Enjoy the pics of Doolin, County Clare and the Burren!

Lyrics (sorry for the accents...):

I can tell you, may you hear:
At Flanagans', at Flanagans'!
Best place under the sky, a home for travellers on the isle!

Once I was walking down Doolin
on the shores of the sea
at the end of the world

where should I find a room?
Find a place by the fire?
Bring me through the night...

I can tell you...

Strangers like friends 'round the stove
singing, talking and listening
to the fairytales

Stories 'bout Maíre Rua
the red lady out there
waiting on the hills...

I can tell you....

  • This is my daughter's hostel. The only trouble is I don't understand the lyrics.

Any chance of getting them printed?
