  • Wow. What a tragedy, but it's easy to see how a evil cult like scientology could corrupt people so much.

  • Ahh scientology working to corrupt people for a better tomorrow.

  • When I saw this on the Saturday evening news down in Colorado Springs (where I live), I was shocked. I know Rex Fowler from several years before when his company hosted an Eiffel (a software language) developers' club over a period of months. Additionally, I met Rex several Saturdays to help with an open source project using Eiffel. He was friendly, always smiling, and the room we used was stuffed with Scientology books (which I found a little creepy).

Rex may have gone a bit too far.

  • Shocking, yet at the same time, not really surprising at all.

  • Give me a C. Give me a U. Give me a L. Give me a T.

    What's that spell?

  • The case is key. It contains (imma bet) the OT 8 materials. Remember the $200k "donation?" That was what it was for. Ciancio was murdered for the OT 8 packet.

  • From the Denver Post:

"When Janet Fowler was interviewed by detectives, she told them she wanted (her husband's) briefcase returned immediately.

"It is important to me and my church. It is religious material and I want it now," she said to investigators. "Even if you looked at it, and read it, you would not understand anything in it. Because it is way above a normal person and you would not know what it meant. I want it back right now."

Heh!! "Way above normal" Can you believe it?

  • problem needed to be resolved, the $cientology way. google FAIR GAME

  • We're so fortunate to have received the great gift of Scientology from science fiction writer L. Ron Hubbard. Mankind's only hope!

  • LOL - That case was probably an e-meter. I have one but its in my kids toybox. He likes the dials. Its basically a $4000 ohm meter.
