If regular people who see an obvious crime being committed would all jump on the person, or at the very least start screaming 'Thief" at the top of their lungs, I bet we could greatly reduce the number of thefts that happen

Once I saw a guy trying 2 steal my bike, i was coming home with some friends from a forest where we had a battle in. I was carrying a led pipe at the time and my buddy had a mallet... when we got home my friend found he had a tooth stuck in his mallet. :p
