Authorities say a federal crackdown on immigration violations has netted more than 1300 gang members nationwide during the past four months. The crackdown is now in its third year. (Oct. 1)

I am sorry the 1300 is just a small drop in a large swimming pool. Most of them that are can be convicted will be out in 3 to 5 years. The ones they can ship out of the country will be back in 6 months. They should just be lined up and shot and be done with them. They never change. There is getting to be a lot more people thinking that way all the time.

@samatention Perhaps, rather than simply killing our own people, we should try and understand why there is a gang in the first place. No child is born a gang member, they are raised in a certain environment and make choices based on this environment. In other words, the issue is not the gang members, but rather the environment that has created them. Take some time to think about it, and I am sure you will understand.
