These are the videos that play when booting up and/or starting a new save file in the Nintendo 64 game Space Station Silicon Valley. This compilation video is divided up into several parts, each of which shows off a different scene from the early moments of the game.

Part 1 - Take Two stuff (starts around 0:10)
Part 2 - The DMA Man (starts around 0:30)
Part 3 - The Title Screen (starts around 1:45)
Part 4 - The Newsflash (starts around 2:25)
Part 5 - The Game Begins... (starts around 3:20)
Bonus Round - Dog vs. Speaker (starts around 6:00)

Space Station Silicon Valley is a really fun game--if you do not own it on the N64, and are still trying to collect games for the console, then this game should definitely be kept in your thoughts if you find it while shopping. The game later released as Evo's Space Adventures on the original Playstation in Europe, so I guess that version is also an option for those of you who are interested.

  • You know some kind of emulator that the game runs perfectly?

  • I'm sorry, but I don't know of too many emulators.

  • This is on an emulator?

If it its, tell me the name of it, i need to know, because on the Project64 the game has textures failures that cant allow you to play.

  • Nope, the footage is taken directly from the N64 with an EyeTV capture card. Basically: you take an AV splitter (mine has one input port and three output ports), and plug the N64's composite cables into the "input" ports of it, then run one set of composite cables from an "output" port to the TV, and another set of composite cables from an "output" port to the capture card (EyeTV, in my case) attached to the computer.

With that method, you can play the game on your TV while it records the video.

  • I remember that if you have the expansion pack in the n64, the game freezes after the DMA man falls down.

  • Actually, my copy of the game works fine with the expansion pack in the N64. I know the error you're talking about, though.

  • This game looks so silly. I'm going to have to find a copy of it-- played "Body Harvest", looking for more from "DMA Studios".

  • Was it really necessary to put intros for the intros...?

  • 1:28 rofl!

  • It all started because of musical differences, lol.

  • I always found it amusing that there was a sign post pointing towards a supposedly "lost" space station.

  • I guess you could say that speaker...

    *sunglasses*

    was a sub-woofer.

    YYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
