Mercenaries 2 - Southern Caracas Outpost

This is a fairly simple outpost to overtake; just remember to target the tank first, then the occupied buildings. If you don't want it for yourself, a nice tactic would be to hit the artillery strike on the ground with your rockets, essentially demolishing the buildings that it is between. After doing this, land your chopper and call in for backup. Several will start to clean up stragglers as a few stream into the base. After calling in about two of these strike teams, the outpost will be under control.
