my favourite Deadliest warrior one was the one with the Ninjas in. I mean a Spartan v a character someone made up in the 70's. instead of wearing PJ's they should have had platfoms and afro's. No the best edged weapon is the one with blood on it- end of. I love this woman btw

this isnt Deadliest Warrior that you can contest some of the best weapons in your opinion. This is a tutorial for WUSHU students who want to learn this type of move.
Quit your stupid debates about "what would be the better weapon"

A real chinese broadsword is just as effective as a katana, I done japanese and chinese systems and the sword she uses now is merely for practicing and is not even close to a battle ready broadsword which does not bend and twist and will easily hack off limbs,some broad sword blades get about 3 to 4 inches thick,imagine that coming at you with killer intentions armor or not you will suffer!

wow, first time seeing this,
have to agree with the others. I'm an anthropologist who studies Shaolin, Wushu, French Rapier, and Japaneese Iaito. I love all the weapons, the katana, the dao broadsword, and the rapier.
I hate those stupid "deadliest warrior" shows, they aren't remotely accurate and only care about spoon feeding people to only care about winning and trophies
none my schools I practice at even care about "belts"
they are just pieces of fabric with which to hold your pants up!
