I've been saying it for years: Traffic lights are overestimated.

When I went to Europe it was the same no one pays attention to traffic lights. SO WHAT?
It's when people start depending on other's to do the right thing that accidents happen.
Trusting strangers is the worst system around... Keeping alert at all times is what gives you the best chance for survival.
