YOu CANT track all the expenses, and materials and labour charges in a project like this.
And the peopel signing the invoices get looked after.
We all know how it works, so stop trying to force yourselves to believe otherwise.
You KNOW im right. It sht erich peopel laughing at us, same as usual.
Anyoen who think s otherwise should educate themselves a little. We are ruled by the middle classes, who go to posh resteraunts and use these projects as "FENCES" for our stolen money to og over !!

We werent consulted,a s usual.
Soem FREEMASON in the town hall, decided to get his son, or nephew or soemone an art gallery, to sort out his career for the next 20 yrs.
CORRUPTION is behind it. OR, a councillers neice is a painter, and she's got 10 paintings in there, and so thye are now worht money, at last.
Only a secret agent could find out whats realy behind it, because its all doen behind closed doors, with OUR money all over the table.
This just makes the corrupted money untraceable!

Its anothe rinstance of provocation, from the state.
They choose one of the porest, and mostunderdeveloped areas, and spend MILLIONS building an art gallery.
And when this place is on the verge of bankrupcy, they will save it, by booking in HUNDREDS of school children each day and BORING them with paintings.
But WHO will pay the entrance fee, for schools ? YOU !
Your council tax, will rise, to pay for the UPKEEP of this disaster.
MILLIONS every year !!
BILLIONS over decades !

lol i went to see it not long ago and i was chattin to a polish lady about the waste of money spent on the public the women fukin confused me propa and the way she was talking cracked me up! some thick people work there.. its a waste check it out for your selves.
