ULTRAFLO - Self leveling floor screed

Ultraflo is a hemi-hydrate, calcium sulphate based screed which is pre-mixed by a state of the art computerised plant. It significantly reduces laying times due to speed and ease of application by pump. Once in situ ultraflo can carry light traffic after 24hours enabling builders to get on with the job. It has superb benefits for underfloor heating; the liquid nature of ultraflo ensures full encapsulation of the underfloor heating pipes, which dramatically increases thermal efficiency. Ultraflo boasts greater compressive strength enabling reduced laying depths which in turn reduces weight and drying times. Ultraflo is an environmentally friendly product, being a by-product from flu gas desulphurisation and has already been awarded many prestigious environmental awards.
