Gotta give this a try, the "challenge chamber" isn't working anymore for me.

I think this is the best way. It helped me, to use the portable EMP, so he would not see me moving to the other cover.

@Samm11v I used kobins mansion.
Right at the start of the level, open the first door and take down the man behind it. Then run up to the other 2 guys, shooting the first one in the head. Mark the second guy, then run back the way you came into the shadows. Jump over the wall to your left, and circle round behind the guy you marked, executing him when appropriate.
