生クリームはギリギリでした・汗
イチゴパウダーは時間が経つと色が濃くなります。知りませんでした・笑
側面を滑らかにするのが難しく悪戦苦闘...
小さな美食家は、食事をした後だったのであまり食べませんでしたね(´∵`)
1番多く食べたのは...スペシャルゲストでした。

Because I made the inside of the cake two tiers, quantity of the fresh cream did not seem to be enough.
When time passes, the strawberry powder comes to have dark color.
It was the first time that I used the turntable.
Therefore, it was difficult to smoothen the surface and took time.
The cake was finished deliciously, but the small epicure did not eat very much because it was the back of the supper.
It was a special guest to have eaten most.

材料(18cm丸型1台分)

■スポンジケーキ
玉子(4個)
上白糖(80g)
薄力粉(60g)
コーンスターチ(20g)
無塩バター(40g)
型に塗るバター、強力粉 少々

■デコレーション
イチゴ(2パック)
生クリーム(200ml)
砂糖(約15g)
ストロベリーパウダー(約20g)
ストロベリーエッセンス(適量)

Ingredients(Cake pan of the round shape*18cm)

■Sponge cake
4 Egg
80g Sugar
60g flour
20g Cornstarch
40g Salt-free butter
(A little)Butter to paint a cake pan with
(A little)Strong flour to sprinkle on a cake pan

■The decorations
2packs Strawberry
200ml Fresh cream
About 15g Sugar
About 20g Strawberry powder
Strawberry extract of the appropriate amount
