Betta Fin ROT or not??

CAn any betta expert tell whether this is a fin rot?

2 -3 breaks off the Back of the anal fin,

2 long jagged fins on the far back of the dorsal fin

and one small crack on the bottom claudal fin

is that fin rot or??

my Betta's fins look the same as that where its thinner and clearer at the ends, I was worried it was fin rot.

i do not se any sign of finrot. you have a beautyfull healthy halfmoon betta male. the black at the end of his fins is just his colouring
