you didn't know hard enough and have your mouth around the whole shell. it does work if you do it correctly :-)

Watch the position of the Sprint guy's hand - you have to wrap your fingers around the end of the egg, making a tight seal against the egg and your mouth. That way, the air goes between the shell and the egg, and pushes the egg out.
