@Nathalian989 There was an interview Flylo gave around the time the record out when he was talking about his mother dying. While she was in the hospital, he sat there with her and recorded every single sound in the room. Flylo: "I never wanted to forget that space." The next track, "Galaxy in Janaki", is his dedicated to her. Janaki was a name Aunt Alice gave to his mother. I know it's a long shot, but that's definitely a respirator. Since the album is largely about her, I only assumed.
