If I ever get top surgery (and I will probably will lol) I would pick the keyhole thing. I have very small boobs. The last time I wore a bra that wasn't a sports bra (long time ago) I had a 32 A. I've heard that once you take horomones and work out your chest will get a little bit smaller too. :]

when i found out that i was transgender, i wanted to go to dr brownstein. im still considering whether to fly to california to c him or go to garramone. both are great surgeons.

I got surgery from him as well. He did a great job, I'm really happy about it. Not only that but he understood my background.
It was all very very worth it.
