Yellow box junction penalty charge notice PCN appeal video, TFL

My appeal was upheld - http://stormcab.blogspot.com/ all the hard work was worth it.

We received a PCN from TFL for stopping in a box junction, that was very faded and did not adhere to other guidelines regarded being enforceable. I made this video both to help in our appeal, and to be a some guidance for others fighting to have their PCNs overturned.

Rule 174 Box junctions.

These have criss-cross yellow lines painted on the road (see 'Road markings'). You MUST NOT enter the box until your exit road or lane is clear.
