Great way to learn self-defense and build self-confidence. KMLI on Long Island is highly reputable and their instructors are well trained.

I'm a KM instructor. Can't get the function of the warm up, walking on abs, teaching with peremptory tone of the voice and that general fanatical attitude. Though the techniques shown are basically proper.
