I've only come across the latest cold fusion news just recently. Everybody keeps talking about the heating of the water as proof of fusion. Fusion could easily be demonstrated by the measurement of the resulting by products of fusion. Pretty simple measurements really.If its hydrogen fusion, there should be two hydrogen atoms removed for each helium atom created.If its not hydrogen, just check to see what changes are made between the initial and final concentration of elements in the system are.

@jufulu There have been many tests and confirmation by respected scientists that the process is nuclear. As Rossi has said, he is beyond the "convincing" stage now and is selling 1MW E-cats. I have been following Rossi's discovery since he made his first public test (January 2011) and it seems the E-Cat has moved on and is not concerned with nay-sayers now.

@Borderlands808 I truly believe that the E-Cat is legitimate. Even Rossi admits that they are not sure how it works but it does work. This technology is going to see many changes and improvements in time. The scary part is - how will the developed countries in the world deal with a new source of energy that will make existing energy production obsolete? Big changes are coming in geo-economics.

Actually the easiest way to prove if it works is to measure if it's emitting gamma rays.what do you think?
