Playful two-year-old African lion, Adia, enjoys her birthday surprise: a new boomer ball to play with in Woodland Park Zoo's award-winning African Savanna exhibit. Watch how curious and excited she is when keepers toss her the new ball!
Boomer balls are just one part of the zoo's ongoing enrichment program to stimulate naturalistic behaviors in zoo animals.
