Synosis : The film details the 26-year-old Korean Lee Soo Hyeon's experiences in Japan, including going to school and his developing romance with a Japanese student (Mākii). He died on January 21, 2001, along with a Japanese photographer, Shiro Sekine, while both were trying to save the life of a man who had fallen onto the tracks at the Shin-Ōkubo Station in Tokyo.(from Wikipedia)

(continued from my previous comment) ...that Korean cars competes immensely well nowadays in the areas of (1)"quality"(2) "reliability" (3)"(I've forgotten this one) with the competitiors from (a) Japanese, (b) German, (c) American brands. In the U.S. survey, Americans are said to trust more in Japanese brands than German, but now paradigm shift is happening with the Korean made cars. I used to look down on the Korean brand myself; with so many readings, I have changed my view.

Even with the tough consumer organization, 'Consumer Report'(U.S.), Korean cars are ranked as 6th best. Only a couple or a few japanese cars are ahead of it & all the other brands are ranked under the Korean cars including many Japanese companies. In Canada, Globe&Mails, Toronto Stars, & various car magazines are putting Korean cars in unprecedented spot light. For example, Globe&Mail business oriented newspaper mentioned at least 2 times already in their weekly "wheel" section....
