It's that time of year when us gluten avoiders can't enjoy a lot of the foods everyone enjoys in fall. I will post a series of videos showing my own easy gluten-free versions of some fall favorites. Enjoy!
You can make this pie using a store bought gluten-free pie crust. I like it this way...I was never a huge fan of the crust in the first place.
Full Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add three eggs (or egg substitute) and whisk together.
Add in a 15oz. can of Pumpkin Puree.
Add in half a cup of heavy cream.
Add in half a cup of sugar.
Add in 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Add in 1/4 tsp ginger.
and 1/4 tsp salt.
Stir!
Pour into a greased pie pan and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
Eat!

This sounds awesome!! I'm not a crust fan either, but I live pumpkin pie. My daughter has celiac. This would be great for her too. However, I had trouble reading the amounts and names of the ingredients. Can u list them on here?

@EllenN90 I definitely agree, this is one of my older videos and it's hard to read the captions. Later this evening I will post it up in the description box and send you a message once it's up. Thank you!
