Paint Shop Pro Quickie Tube From EPS Outlined Image

Do you have EPS vector images or coloring book images that you do not know what do with? Do you know how to clean up a black outlined image on a white background? I will show you how in this video tutorial. We will also learn how to use the Selection tools to modify our selections to give us a nice clean crisp tube. Uh, My magic Wand Dances around the whole pic. =[

That is because you are likely standing on the wrong layer. Please make sure you select the proper layer in the layer pallet, then use your magic wand.

Another reason could be there is a "missing pixel" in your outline somewhere, and when you click inside the area, its actually getting outside of the area you want because of the missing pixel.
