It's been released but not by Bubby on XDA, people. Check the NS4G Dev section. It's really smooth. No wifi, Camera though.

Just a noob question but shouldn't 4G be available since wimax has already come to sense 3.0

@JaimeD1217 This was ported from a gsm phhone, so it won't work. HTC phones handle radios different than samsung
