this is so cool, do you have details on this test or is it a trade secret we must pay you for?

Excellent. I must test my athletes more specifically for thorough rehab.

How would we determine our score by doing these movements?

But you have to start from the right position and this lady has not.

@robelnino Did not and could not are not the same. Without a complete individual case history of the person's abilities and capabilities it is not possible to make that judgement about the starting position. You would be correct if this was an instructional video, however this is a snapshot of an individual who has dysfunctions and the elbow bend gave me lots of info. I understand your point and I do thank you for the comments. In her case, she had a motor control issue Post screen was improved.

Not supposed to coach the movement. That's the point. It is an evaluation.

Possible score of 21. Total of 7 tests. There were 5 demonstrated on this video. Perfect score of 3 on each test. You can get a 2 or a 1 or a 0 when compensations or pain is present. Depending on your score and asymmetrical results from left to right side I can determine your non-painful dysfunction. We correct that and you become a better athlete. Stronger, more flexible, stable, mobile and powerful. Oh and you can get out of chronic pain. Look on the FMS website for a provider in your area.
