Boy George and Luther Vandross have their own sound. Sometimes you can't blend the two. Boy George has more of a soft tender voice like smokey Robinson, Luther had a stronger voice. By the way it was said that Luther was also Homosexual.

i remember when luther READ EN VOGUE FOR FILTH when they pulled a diva tude during his concert. i think they wouldn't perform with him for some reason. he tore them apart on a radio show.. i then knew he was a big old queen lol

Luther van Dross does not seem like he wants to be singing with Boy George. He is faced away from him for most of the song and barely looks at him. Perhaps it is because he is not comfortable with B.G. being gay and wearing something that appears to be a dress. The rift between the two is very apparent and Boy George deals with it very gracefully.
