It's all to blame on Sun Country co or whatever they were that took over from target! All of the brands they own are either in bankrupcy or have gone out of business! If Target kept them, this wouldn't have happened, because Target is actually doing well!

@abehammy Not even Target could fix Mervyn's (formerly Mervyn's California, formerly Mervyn's). Dayton Hudson changed their name to Target and sold off all the other businesses.

This one seems a lot more gentle compared to other GOB commercials I've seen.

I used to shop at Mervyns a couple of times over the years. It's ashame the chain is no more thanks to the economy being in the shape that's it's in.

no the bankruptcy court is NOT to blame. Do some research and you'll find that the last owners of the company screwed over the company, resulting in them making the chain unprofitable, and that the company could have survived if the owners hadn't screwed up the company so badly.
