never agree with anyone till you do research of your own.... To me they are all random people giving an opinion. Agave is a sugar, so alot will not be very good. But it is a decent alternative to sugar as you wont get the same insulin spikes. Is it the best ...NO. But i use RAW agave and honey, and stevia. I mix stevia with one of the two as i think it tastes funny alone. From what I have read.. studies done that are badmouthing agave have been on agave that has been processed to a higher level.

I really hope that this is the case because Kevin scared me...I really prefer not to spike suger levels to keep my appitite in check..thanks
