Sung by Lanny Shum , Irene Ryder, Christine Samson, Hanford Shum (6 yrs. old - last one on stage) and all guests at Lanny Shum's Concert 1997, Auditorium of Senecca College and music by Carry On Band."Those Were the Days" is Mary Hopkin's debut single. It is credited to Gene Raskin, who put English lyrics to the Russian song Дорогой длинною ("Dorogoi dlinnoyu"), written by Boris Fomin (1900-1948) with words by the poet Konstantin Podrevskii.
