Miami Beach South Pointe Park

Some of the recent changes near the Southern tip of Miami Beach, looking out at Government Cut. That's the entrance to the Port of Miami for all the cruise ships. Since this was shot in 2007 the whole place park has been rebuilt. The proliferation of high-rises is only in the past 10 years or so. The houses across the water are on Fisher Island, only reachable by private ferry.
