@clutchac No, it absolutly will not. Not without a custom exhaust manifold and even then, putting the stock 1st gen GT turbo (IHI RHB5 VJ-11) on the 2.5 KL would be far to small and would (IMO) be a waste of time. Possible though, yes. Bolt on, certainly not.

I have been reading up on the megasquirt. Have been debating doing it for 3 years now... My engine is completley rebuilt. I hand made my own ramhorn style stainless manifold with 38mm tial gate. 3" straight from the turbo out the rear, no resonator, I just split the pipe in the rear and ran dual HKS carbon Ti mufflers, 2.25" intercooler pipe with an oversized frontmount, My injectors are only 330 though, I have a fidanza wheel and spec stage 3 6-puck clutch....

wait....this was the F2? I thought this video was after you did the swap to the FE3?

@jdoggybizzle No, this video was on the stock F2T engine (over 200k miles too). I modified the stock exhaust manifold to attach a T3 flanged turbo, Garrett T3/T04e 50trim turbo, MegaSquirt EFI, upgraded intercooler, 2.5" exhaust and an upgraded clutch. Tuned on 93 octane fuel and 25psi of boost. The car made 333whp at 33psi so in this run it's probably something like 275whp if I were to guess.
The FE-DOHC setup came the following year.

That is just sick!!!!!!! Please Please let me know everything you did to get that power!!!! I have over 10 years and $80,000 into my 89 gt... Only running a gt28rs at 18P.S.I. and solder in eprom to fight fuel cut..... I need this power!!! If anyone else can help, check out my channel to see my car.... @acautowerks Completely stock engine however I modified the factory exhaust manifilt to fit a Garrett T3 flange and attached a T3/T04e 50 trim turbo. After that I put in RX7 Turbo II 550cc red top injectors. I ran MegaSquirt EFI to control the fuel and ignition. That's pretty much it other then an upgraded intercooler and clutch.
