Women, you're not having sex with your baby. Come on now. And besides, if you were a woman who gave birth and it DID fell pleasurable, even orgasmic, would you really hate yourself and feel shameful for the rest of your life? I don't think so. You would be a great role model for future mothers, and if it was possible for your experience to be educational, why not have it be a part of healing the birth trauma for the future?

I have one child, who I gave birth to without any drugs at all and honestly I wasn't really all the fussed that I didn't have any pain relief (not even gas and air) That said, it was a painful experience but not nearly as much painful as it was tiring-I felt like I'd been run over by a bus for about three days and no it didn't result in orgasm.

No matter giving birth is pain or not (which I know there're more than thousands of women out there would tell me it's pain), labor should be a feeling of pleasure, for bring life to this world. It's intimate, it's love, which is way beyond sex.

It's not having sex with your baby, but you had sex with your husband which produce the baby.
It's not struggle fighting for another life form, but the pleasure of bringing the baby produced by you and your love one to life.

Modern medicine took off the right to woman to give birth naturaly, and replaced it by fear. For those who are not aware of the physiology off giving birth, you should learn that the same hormones are implicated in making love, giving birth and breast feeding. Finaly I'll encourage you to learn about the topic you're about to juge!

I gave birth twice. The first with medecine and it hurt like hell. For the second with hypno-birthing, I've experienced an orgasmic birth. I've been happily surprised by it .

A connection between a mother and her child starts at childbirth, so why cant that be intimate? The action can only draw all involved closer! A father and a mother take months to prepare for the event. To me its seems natural, and the way it should be.
The way that childbirth is done traditionally seems like an in and out job, like going to the drive through (OK, a 6+ hour drive through, but still...)

That's pretty interesting. I'd definitely give it a shot if I were a woman, and if I was planning to have a baby of course.
I don't think it's an homosexual act if men try to enjoy defecating, and I don't think it's pedophiliac if women try to take as much pleasure out of giving birth to their babies. :)
