Sorry, I'm not intending to do a tutorial, but the chords for the bridge are:

B-flat maj, Bdim, Cmin, B-flat maj, A-flat maj.

Do this twice, but the second time, repeat the Cmin, B-flat maj, A-flat maj sequence several times. Hopefully if you know the song well enough you'll get what I'm talking about!
