Absolutely right. My wife and I have just returned from Ypres where we managed to find the grave of her great uncle, killed in 1917.
Couldn't get this song out of my head for the whole trip.
Eric .... you just get better with age. Far too young to even think about giving it up!

One of the greatest anti-war songs of all time, by the composer himself. Eric Bogle is one of the finest songwriters of modern times. Keep up the good work, Eric.
