@UsAMXX Because you'r graphics card...Replace that 4670 with atleast like 6770 ( I have one myself and i can recomend that card) Or if you have some more money to spend then buy even better

Core 2 Duo is slower for new games!
If you buying an Core i5 or Sandy Bridge(recomended) yours games will boost!
The videocard GTX 460 or HD 5770 are recomended.

8800GT don't can run with my ENB Config!
If run 15FPS "unplayable"
