How To:
Sit on a Hyper Extension Bench with your toes positioned under the roller pads and hold a medicine ball in front of your chest. Lean back so that your entire body is one straight line. Your arms should end up parallel to the floor at the end of each twist. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
