i dont know, but this vid was added in April so could have been taken in March but the water is rather cold in March April time of the year at Brighton beach UK

haha yeah it can't be cali - the sign says Brighton Pier, so it's got to be either Brooklyn or the UK and I don't think there's a pier on Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, so it's got to be the UK.
Now, I'm thinking, you guys in the UK have the gulf stream, right? So the ocean doesn't get that cold there, even in the winter, right? So yeah a romp in that surf in January looks like real fun. I wish I were there!
