just me playing around with ex shielding through multiple hits. Not auto-shielding like ciel or akiha's 236c, but ones that require one shield input per hit. This doesn't really net much of a frame advantage, and isn't useful for normal attacks that you would simply shield the first hit and 2a. It's more for committing if you throw out a shield when they do an ex wakeup of some kind, or just to be fancy with certain telegraphed moves. Note you can't shield half of these then block the rest, you either shield it all or eat most of the damage -- and since you haven't taken any damage yet, it won't be prorated, so you'll take about as much as you did if you hadn't. It comes down to rhythm, and knowing how many hits are in any given attack. too few and you eat 3k+ damage. too many and your advantage becomes a disadvantage. Basically, this is a waste of time. but it makes me feel LIKE I'M GAMBLING WITH MY LIFE
Touhou music makes this seem even cooler :3
