Wow, sunny indeed. :-/
I wonder how dangerous it is to have all those cables, cords, screens, etc rigged up under those conditions.
-
hey at least it wasn't like this the night of the concert! Besides, it's hardly rained since!!
-
rain, rain, go away...preferably not on a day where I'm waiting outside for three hours to see a show!
-
Actually it was boiling hot the concert day! :) But the Irish did live up to the xpectations in Sydney, because the GA line for Sydney 3 went through quite a bit of storm... But of course it was worth it! (and any Aussie weather is better than what I would have had at homein Finland, -10C or even worse 0 and all cold, wet and grey).
-
This happened when I went to see Coldplay last year at Crystal Palace. Suffice to say, their stage did not hold up against the elements quite as well as the Vertigo Stage. There were literally bits falling off it...
-
I would NOT want to be a fan standing in the GA line. That sucks!!!
-
We did need the rain...BUT not all at once!
-
look at all this rain.

White water rafting? Too funny! ROTFLMAO!
Sunny Brisbane? This is very funny - but I guess not if you are the band and crew trying to set up for the concert!
Just out of curiosity - how long did it actually pour down like this for? We can always hope the rain follows them!
Thanks for sharing.

There were three downpours which went on for about two hours each. We now have white water rafting available at the mix position.
