I am a W1 in the Army and i was gonna comment on this vid but my battles already got to em for me lol. i have a couple of pt failures and i was looking for a different approach since now im in the national guard after years of active. but i wont find here lol... ohh that shirt if u were in the service you would know the pride we take in our uniform.. but new recruits run 2 miles every other day in different areas in btwn those days atleast 80 push ups n sit ups with in a hour rest on sunday gdlk

haha, to all the to be new recruits watching this, good luck with your Basic but dont rely too much on this video. no matter what you do you wont be ready for this its going to be a shock. just stay fit and keep positive

Just do the exercises you'll be smoked with or do for PT.
It all depends on age and sex dude. Different standards for different age groups and sex.
Some advice from an actual Soldier being myself. Just do push-ups, sit-ups, run, flutter kicks, mountain climber, abdominal crunch, abdominal twist, pull-ups, crunches, and march with a 70 lb backpack for a mile, then two, then three...all the way up to 12 miles. Take it easier at first.
BCT sucks, but just stay mentally strong and keep fighting.
