That was done by filming each bit seperatly then putting them together seamlesly. It will take some practise to get it good and you have to make sure your lighting and cameras are in one consistent location. I use this alot in films where I do 2 different roles. Check out Wigs alive and my Sony vegas test to see what I mean although the second is a bit more advanced.
