Looks like a nice little ride, I would be kinda scare to drive that on open streets cause someone might hit you and it doesn't look like it can take a hit. Not saying the person driving that little thing is a bad driver but the people around you might do stupid stuff you know and bump you or even hit you. But It's pretty cool .

If we don't know much about Wall Street and The Stock Exchange Investments, we should not point fingers. Whether there is Billions of Dollars (currency) in the Oil Industry I do not know. I assume there was a lot of corruption in American Politics back in the day. There were also a lot of mobsters. But that doesn't mean our Government today is infested with Treasury and Corporate corruption.

@brainsmshr if everybody uses something like that "BugE", but with some security aditions (airbags.. etc), the chances of dying could be the same as today.
