@piezrgewdyo Multi-measure rests are turned on in Style > Edit General Style > Score. Then tick the Create Multi Measure rest box.

@cellisten97 The shortcut Ctrl+B (Command+B on Mac) will add an empty bar to the end of your score. You can also go to Create > Measures
