  • Two things I am still salty about:

    1. Dropping the Ultra 64 name and colorways.

    2. Pushing the release date back to early 96 then fall 96, and giving us the Virtual Boy, at all.

By time N64 came out, I lost interest. But it was a system with great (1st party) games. I need to get one, and replay everything.

  • nintendo could have try to put more memory in those catrides to match the cd capacity store, but that would be backthem to expensive as hell.

that the graphics are not block from the distance or once to closing is dependent of the amount of pixel from a game and the level of scaling, the hicher the level of scaling, the better the graphics, even old games like doom could be scaled for sharper graphics, also could anti aliasing,,,

  • Liked just because of the "GAMING IN THE CLINTON YEARS" comment

  • that was such a rip off mortal kombat -_-

  • dos doom would have been awesome.

  • Just imagine if the screen suddenly changes at some point in the vid and shows a Tech Demo of Advanced Global Illumination or Deferred lighting. The guy would be like "lolwut?!"

Also: I thought eventually you COULD get that TLMMI effect off of a CD (or was that a DVD?). Was that why you had to install games on a HDD?

  • @SynodCenturion It was a tech demo.

  • What game is the last showed?

  • thank god people uploaded these old clips from E3 and CES of project reality(N64).

But some of these demos by Silcon graphics look a bit over exaggerated like they were GAmecube or Wii quality.

  • @CBXweb that name Ultra 64 sounds way to SEGA-ish!

I also bought a Virtual Boy but back in 1998 or 1999 when it was on sale for like $40- or $50 new.

  • Can this guy be any more of a tool? lol, I can just imagine what they told that guy before the recorded the intro. "hey man, look at the teleprompter with the most intensity as you can, don't look at the camera, and you'll be fine."

  • @Happytreefriendsfan3 No its not him. And besides, THESE REVIEWS ARE OLD! The actual guys opinions could have changed by now.
