Here is a small video where we showcase some of the emerging dieselpunk fashion ideas.

Dieselpunk fashion intends to merge aesthetic from the period between 1920 and 1950, with a diy attitude, retro-futurist technologies and punk elements

Deviantart users who kindly gave us permission to showcase their designs:

  • fucking LOVE Steampunk/Reichpunk/Dieselpunk <3

  • @tippytop7 Dieselpunk draws from the 20s-50s so any clothes appropriate to that era are suitable, he looks like he's dressing for practicality rather than wearing a costume.

  • @tippytop7 Well he has a... a... a diesel-stained hat! And the microphone is somewhat iconic to the dieselpunk era :D

  • We live in the year 2011. Do you expect everyone who likes dieselpunk to walk around with custom streamline cups?

  • A "diesel punk" holding a red Solo Cup...

  • You mean the guy in the shirt, tie, and fedora that looks like he just stepped out of a sleezy detective agency to croon at a 1940s nightclub?

  • How is 0:55 dieselpunk? I'm not trying to be a smartass, I'm actually curious lol

  • @kingmanted Which would make it inheritantly dieselpunk, since that was the dieselpunk era

  • @darkhalo153 - Fallout, for me, is not dieselpunk. Instead, it is inspired by a post-WWII aesthetic that is being called "atompunk."

  • would you say Fallout derives much of its style from dieselpunk art and fashion?
