Cyborg had more impressive open workout than Carano on that day. Cyborg's moves looked sharper, more explosive and more frequent than Carano's.
Syborg and Carano both deserve admiration because they are among the pioneers of female MMA.
There are many women in boxing, Judo, karate, Sambo, etc. Hopefully this fight would inspire some of them to try MMA the same way Fedor/SAMBO/ decided to try MMA years ago.

Roidborg is not even a good fighter let alone a great fighter. Fedor is a great fighter. Royce. Sakuraba.
Neither of these girls are great fighters. Gina is a great athlete though and that's all she needs to dispatch of Roidborg and his/her/whatever antics. You'll see come fight night.
