Rush 2049 - Mission (track 5) - Time Trial Demo

Ghost race through Track 5 - Mission in the home version of San Francisco Rush 2049 (Dreamcast). Since this is Ghost mode, all shortcuts are automatically open and switches and objects are removed.

I like this track a lot, but it's not nearly as good as the arcade (Tournament Edition) version where you had to run each lap differently to open the proper shortcuts for proceeding laps... And no aborting.

Also, this is not my best time. It's just a demonstration of the shortcuts and general lines taken to achieve a fast time (for the home version only). My actual best times are shown at the end.

how do you unlock "The Rock" on Rush 2049? N64 or Dreamcast

You can't. That track's not in the home versions of 2049. It's only in arcade version.

But "The Rock" is on a home version, just the Dreamcast version.

Well yeah, there's music titled "The Rock", but that's used for the Presidio race track on the DC. And I thought he's talking about the Alcatraz race track that was also in Rush 1 & 2 on N64 and arcade 2049.

This is one of the greatest games in the history of video entertainment. It has won awards, been remade of several consuls from its arcade version, and has been praised by millions of catridge era gamers. Thus far no racing game has ever come close to the concept and grace of Rush2049.

This game is so fucking badass, i cannot complain about this game, there is no aspect i don't like!

This should be remade on current consoles, THIS is how arcade racing games should be.
